the meating of minds

Making mistakes in business is painful in many ways. Not only economically but socially and environmentally. Looking at things from a different perspective is needed to provide insight. Most business owners are focusing on the here and now and not thinking strategically about the future. It's hard to have insight when one doesn't know what is coming around the corner. However, being a visionary and understanding that you need to be flexible and adapt to the changes and not just play one game but to play them all simultaneously and let the market determine which branches of your neuronal network to prune and strengthen in order to feed resources into the areas that are blossoming and hold back on those that areas that are currently not in vogue. 

Quantum biology is the new paradigm just starting to enter into people's consciousness. It is the physics of biology, the quantum field and its implication in power generation. The electromagnetic background radiation. The energy increases as electrons are brought closer together, Heavier atoms have more energy in them. Understanding how the atom works, how the photon works, how the electron works with respect to quantum biology is the perspective I have developed. Yeah, it is crazy! That is why everyone thinks I am crazy because I cannot find anyone that actually understands this stuff. It is this that provides insight and comprehension of a possible future outcome for humanity living in harmony with each other rather than competing for resources.

I have worked extensively in the meat industry over the last 18 years. It started when I was a child helping Dad with home-kill and holding the metal bowl to collect the organs so that we could go home and eat them. I know where my food comes from. I don't judge what people want to do. I know that what you eat becomes part of you so we are many things. We need to take life to be alive but we don't have to make it a blood bath. We don't need global extinction. We need to learn how to share our resources for the benefit of all, not just the few that have power and wealth. Wealth is having a healthy society and currently, our society is not wealthy but full of diseased people. They are not at ease because they are doing things for money and not because they love doing those things.

Society needs a shift to become healthy again. A shift away from economics and into social and environmental health. Only then can the economics of society be included. If everyone dies there is not going to be anyone buying anything so we might as well just stop everything now and work out how to get the system back on track rather than continue traveling on the Titanic without enough life rafts. I for one plan to not go down with the sinking ship.

Products that I have developed from the meat industry include an affinity resin for the purification of trypsin, chymotrypsin and elastase I. Purification methods for carboxypeptidase A and B. GAP573 a gap junction modulatory peptide from the eye lens crystallin protein beta B2 crystallin. An extracellular matrix (ECM) from sheep stomach | Aroa | Endoform.


Aorta extract that is digested with chymotrypsin has an inhibitory activity against aggrecanase and inhibits human leukocyte elastase and articular cartilage destruction so appears to have potential benefits in the prevention of articular cartilage damage. I may be due to the presence of a high degree of elastin present in the aorta that provides it with its elasticity. 

The digestive tract of the entire animal has also been shown to have an anti-inflammatory activity which makes complete sense as it is full of foreign material and external from the body and therefore it contains compounds that prevent inflammation. Extraction of these is easily performed and I have developed methods whereby I took a number of different tissues and developed extraction protocols that separated the various components of the tissues which could then be used for the production of crypteins and the evaluation of their biological activity.

I also identified an extract from Fosberg waste (light bone fraction - epiphyseal cartilage) (Affco) that when hydrolyzed with elastase I produced a peptide from Histone H2A that induced apoptosis in HL60 cells.
